What do I do if I didn’t receive my box?

If you have not received your box within five business days, please contact us by email at support@mylistatbloomingdales.com and we will respond between the hours 9AM–5PM ET, Monday–Friday. You can also call us at 1-833-229-4544. Our regular phone support hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM ET, Monday–Friday.
