What do I do if my box is delayed?

If you have not received a confirmation for your box within 2–3 business days from the time you have Return Notified or purchased all four items, please contact us 24 hours a day by email at support@mylistatbloomingdales.com and we will respond between the hours of 9AM–5PM ET, Monday–Friday.
