Why didn’t I receive my referral reward credit?

You will receive your $25 credit once your friend has signed up using your unique referral link. Your friend must be a new member to the service to receive your referral credit. If you believe your friend has been a new member for at least 30 days and you did not receive credit, please contact our customer service team.

Note: Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder. If your friend never received your email referral, they should check the email account’s spam folder.
